Health & Wellbeing Information Fair
This Friday, October 6th, our Health & Wellbeing Team are holding an information fair at North End Baptist Church, 195 Powerscourt Road, Portsmouth.
This is a great opportunity to come along and find out more about local services and community groups in Portsmouth that many of our patients may benefit from.
We will have representatives from over 25 local services/groups including:
- Mental Health Support
- Informal Carers Support
- Family Support
- Community Learning
- Managing Finances
- Veterans Support
- Social activities
There’s no need to book a place and everyone is welcome.
