Flu Vaccinations

This year, the NHS, under the advice of the JCVI (Joint Committee for Vaccinations & Immunisations) have declared that the Seasonal Flu Vaccination programme will begin in October. This is a change from previous years where we have traditionally started in September. This has been done to enhance the efficacy of the vaccination for a longer period of protection.

We will be starting our Flu vaccinations from Saturday October 5th and invites will be sent out shortly. We hope that we will be able to give COVID vaccinations to those eligible at the same time, however are waiting on delivery confirmation for these.

Please bear with us as we start to invite people in, this is a massive piece of work and we have to do it in stages. Rest assured that everyone who is eligible for vaccination will receive a text invite and link to book in.
