Verity is the Alcohol Interventions Practitioner covering the Drayton Surgery. If you feel you would benefit from support to make changes to your alcohol use, please either discuss a referral to the AIT with your GP, or call 02392 841753 to make a self referral. An appointment can be arranged at the Drayton Surgery or at a more convenient location for you.

Joy Martin (f)

Joy joins us on Monday 6th January, 2020 as our Social Prescriber. This is a new role which is made possible due to our being part of a Primary Care Network. Joy will be a shared resource between ourselves and North Harbour Medical Group who are our partners in the Portsmouth North Primary Care Network.

Joy will be involved in helping patients to access services and support for social rather than health matters.  However the issues  which affect patients may be directly linked to medical conditions / health and well being so she will liaise with the clinical staff regarding ongoing patient care.
