|The doctors have employed their own nurses for well over 20 years. Their role has expanded over the years and now includes monitoring clinics for diabetes, asthma and hypertension; well woman clinics (includes family planning advice, pill checks and hormone replacement); childhood and travel vaccinations; and new patient medicals.|
|Nurse Karen Ramshaw (f)|
Karen works across both sites and specialises in COPD and Asthma clinics although also provides Travel and Well Woman clinics.
|Mrs Lucy Yeomans (f)|
Lucy will be covering as a locum for us at various times throughout the year.
|Mrs Lizzie Rudd (f)|
Lizzie joined the practice in early 2017 and provides practice nurse sessions across both of the practice sites.
|Nurse Jane Dilloway (f)|
Jane has recently joined us as our new Nurse Manager. She is also a Nurse Practitioner and a Prescriber and will be working alongside the GP's in the Duty Clinic on a Wednesday afternoon.
Jane's area of special expertise is Diabetes.
|We have a trained HCSW to run new patient check, blood pressure and other minor clinics.|
|Mrs Julie Ettiene (f)|
Julie is part of the nursing team and can carry out a range of basic treatment services including phlebotomy, ECG's, Vit B 12 injections
|Mrs Linda Harper (f)|
Linda is part of the HCA team who can all provide a range of treatments/services including Phlebotomy, BP measurement and ECG's.
She also assists the nurses at Immunisation clinics and the Doctors at Coil Clinics and Minor Operation Clinics.
|Mrs Debbie Porter (f)|
Debbie joined the Health Care Assistant team in January 2017. She is gradually developing her skills and can provide most of the services that the other HCA's are able to provide. Debbie also works closely with Jane Dilloway and assists with Diabetic reviews.
|Mrs Laura Collins (f)|
Laura has recently joined the practice - she is an experienced Health Care Support Worker and is currently part way through her nursing degree.
